Installation Quality
To reduce the air leakage rate per 100 meters and minimize ventilation resistance, install drainage valves on the ventilation duct at regular intervals to promptly drain accumulated condensation. Implement a routine inspection and maintenance schedule to ensure that any tears or leaks are repaired immediately. Enhance sealing at duct connections by securely wrapping the joints to minimize leakage, aiming to reduce the air leakage rate to 1.16%.

Placement and Management
Do not shut down the ventilation fan arbitrarily. Ensure gaskets are used at the connections of the fan's high-pressure sections and that the interface between the fan and the duct is tightly secured to prevent air leakage in high-pressure areas. Keep a backup fan ready for quick replacement in the event of a malfunction.
Maintenance Management
Maintaining the ventilation system in good working order requires rigorous maintenance management. Long-distance flexible ventilation ducts, in particular, demand frequent inspection, repair, adjustment, and replacement; assign dedicated personnel to handle daily maintenance, adjustments, and installation. On-duty staff must ensure the quality of the ventilation ducts and conduct airflow measurements every kilometer.
